WHAT THE FACTORY DOES FOR UAVS
UAV MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES IN DHAKA. THE 3D PRINTING FACTORY IS THE FOUNDRY FOR THE DRONE PROGRAM.
CAPABILITY AREAS
FRAMES
Airframe design and fabrication: printed structures, mounts and repair parts made on the factory floor.
PROPULSION INTEGRATION
Motors, controllers, batteries and props engineered into the airframe as one assembly, not bolted on later.
PAYLOAD BAYS
Sensor and payload bays sized to the mission: cameras, radios, scientific instruments, antenna mounts.
GROUND CONTROL
Ground stations, telemetry links and mission planning for field operations.
FIELD OPS
Field readiness planning: power, comms, recovery and repair. Deployments are scoped before they are claimed.
FLIGHT TESTING
Staged flight testing with honest status. Nothing flies early to look good.
THE FACTORY BEHIND THE FLEET
The UAV parts this factory makes: frames, payload bays, antenna mounts, enclosures, flight jigs. The program and the catalog share one floor, so a prototype moves at print speed.
The three factory doors are the same doors the program uses: upload a file, send a photo, or order in volume. If it is a UAV part and it can be made, it goes through one of them.
SCOPE A UAV JOB
Tell the brief desk what the aircraft must do and the factory will tell you what it can make. Frame, payload bay, antenna mount, enclosure, jig: scope it through the program or order it through the factory doors.
